**Gingrich doesn't understand**
Does Newt Gingrich have any idea what it feels like to lose a job, to lose
your insurance and to lose your self-esteem? No, I'm pretty sure he doesn't,
so he should not pretend to know and assume that we are all sitting on our
butts, collecting money and doing absolutely nothing.
I worked for a company for 12 years. The company went bankrupt and shut its
doors, mainly because of politicians like Gingrich. Hundreds of us lost our
jobs, our benefits, our retirement and slowly we have lost our dignity. Do you
know what it's like to apply for a job that you are way over qualified for,
hoping they won't see you're over qualified and they will still give you a
chance?
I'm sure Gingrich thinks I am some white trash moron who buys drugs and
alcohol with my unemployment. Well, guess what? I'm not!
